RESPONSIBILITIES
Our client is currently looking for a Regional Sales Manager (Medical) who is based out Kansas City. This candidate must be in a Medical Sales role currently managing sales representatives in order to be considered for this role. Responsibilities: Job requires regular field visits with professional sales representatives to acute care facilitiesMentoring representatives to build an effective sales team is essentialJob requires ability to close large pieces of business in key accounts with company sales representativesTravel is required on a weekly basis, and occasionally on weekends to trade shows and company meetings Regular written/oral communication with company management is expected regarding goals and objectives.

CANDIDATE PROFILE
Qualifications:The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 years sales management experience with a medical device manufacturer selling to acute care facilities with a proven track record of sales budget attainment This experience will include direct reporting accountability with a proven ability to train, coach, and mentor a sales team to reach regional goals. Candidates will have a minimum of 5 years sales experience selling medical devices directly to the hospital environment
