Currently we are seeking a Regional Sales Manager for the Kansas City, Kansas/Missouri area.

Job Summary:
To meet or exceed annual sales forecast within assigned geographic territory, with the ultimate goal of increased market share/penetration.
Some Specific Duties and Responsibilities include:
Develop 3-year growth plan and revise same on an annual basis.Plan direction of the distribution/representative sales force. Motivate same and execute plans to meet or exceed annual sales objectives, inclusive of new products.Develop and train distributor and representative personnel on all aspects of the company product lines.Penetrate Corporate Engineering, A&E firms and contractors. coordinate with other company resources to secure business.Manage the OEM sales cycle and develop opportunitites at new and existing OEM customers.Evaluate sales channel(s) on an annual basis to ensure effectiveness towards company/regional goals.Lead market attack plans in line with company goals.Complete weekly sales call reports, expense reports and other company documentation as required.Maintain, in good working order and physical condition, a company vehicle and other company equipment.Develop plans and implement same to improve existing customer base.Generate sales in direct assigned territories.Develop annual sales forecasts in line with 3-year planning process.Hire and train office and service area personnel as required.Utilize expense account with prudent judgment.Keep informed of competitors' activities through review of information from the field or from other sources.Required Qualifications, Training and Experience Include:
BS/BA degree in Engineering, MArketing, Industrial Technology or Business Management or related field; ORHigh school diploma and ten years related sales experience.Four years management experience.current and valid driver's license.
