A Medical Diagnostic company has an opening for a Regional Manager in the Midwest.  The ideal candidate can live in Michigan, Ohio or Indiana.  . The successful candidate must have at least 10 years of pharmaceutical or medical device sales experience and 3 or more years management experience.   This is an excellent opportunity for the qualified individual.  Duties & Responsibilities:

 

Responsible for all sales activities in the assigned region Manage and develop Territory Representative Set sales objectives and monitor performanceWork closely with the Territory Reps to achieve goalsOversee the Interviewing, hiring, and training  of new employees 

Job Requirements

BA degreeMinimum of 10 years pharmaceutical/medical sales experienceProven track record of sales successExcellent communication skillsDemonstrated leadership ability3+ years management experience
