Regional Sales Manager

Southwest Florida territory Lee or Collier Counties - Field Position

 

The Regional Sales Manager will secure and manage profitable insurance agency relationships in the assigned territory, Northwest Florida region, and ensure production to agreed upon company production goals.

 

Key Job Duties:

 

Develop and execute a sales plan and complete calls/visits to generate profitable production of Cypress products.Monitor agency and territory results including adjusting strategies as appropriate to meet objectives.Frequently visit and train our business partners on product changes, and platform (computer system) changes/enhancementsContinuously mine territory for new opportunities; make use of demographics and local business activities in prospecting endeavorsEnsure fair and ethical policies and practices in all relationships and operations

 

The ideal candidate will have the following:

 

2+ years related experience defined as: insurance field sales or marketing responsibility

 

Basic to Intermediate knowledge of homeowners property insurance and commercial insurance products, ideally in assigned territory

 

Proven success working from field and/or home office effectively

 

Dependable transportation, current drivers license, valid auto insurance and acceptable driving history

 

High level of organization, detail oriented, ambition, service motivation, respect differences toward others, and accepts personal responsibility

 

220 License preferred
