The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for providing exceptional operations services and support to our southern region including Tennessee, Mississippi and Alabama. This individual will be responsible for all District Managers assigned to this region as well as an extensive part-time merchandiser workforce to insure all service delivery needs are met for our customers in a timely, efficient and effective manner. We anticipate that travel would be at least 60%. Though we prefer someone located in the Nashville area, candidates in Mississippi and Alabama will also be considered. The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of merchandising industry experience (CPG preferred), with strong managerial skills in the areas of performance management, recruitment and placement, time management, operational management, establishing priorities, pc software, and employee relations from at least 2-5 years of supervision of other managers/supervisors. A college degree is preferred, associate degree required.
