We are seeking an experienced leader who exhibits drive, heart, compassion, and enthusiasm to be a Regional Sales Manager for communities in the senior housing industry for a rapidly growing company. Specific responsibilities include, but not limited to:
Utilizing internal systems and programs in order to gain maximum occupancy/revenue results. Establish contacts with industry professionals and physicians to generate referrals. Identify and implement ideas for community functions and advertising to attract potential residents and generate interest in the community. Employ, train, lead, evaluate, and develop qualified marketing personnel.
The successful candidate will possess the following qualifications:
Direct sales experience with proven results, experience in the senior living industry required. Willingness to travel extensively, sometimes on short notice Exceptional verbal and written communication skills Strong leadership skills particularly in the areas of influencing others, coaching, and development skills Solid ability to interact and build relationships with older adults Proven ability to achieve results while building strong, self-reliant teams
