RSMs are responsible for achieving their regional revenue goals each year by building and managing teams of sales employees. RSMs are also responsible for taking on projects that will improve sales results nationally. They have direct sales responsibility, especially major accounts in their region.

We are seeking a driven, consultative Regional Sales Manager to manage a sales team as well as direct sales responsibilities. Candidates should be assertive, resilient and results focused with a proven track record of accomplishment in prospecting, relationship development and new business generation. Candidates should have a minimum of 10-15 years of industrial products sales experience. Min. of 5 years of sales management experiennce required. Experience with selling welding equipment and working with distributors a plus. College degree preferred.

1st year compensation falls within the range of $120K-140K (base and incentive).  We offer excellent benefits, strong 401K plan and a phenomenal car allowance program!
