TRANSFIRST is experiencing exceptional growth and is actively recruiting for a talented individual to support our upcoming referral and merchant sales relationship with BankAtlantic, Florida’s Most Convenient Bank. 

 

 

We are seeking a Regional Sales Manager for our relationship in BankAtlantic in Fort Lauderdale, FL!

 

DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES:

Responsible for ensuring the company achieves its goals with respect to sales and revenue.  Expected to drive maximum productivity and efficiency of the sales team and work with senior management to develop and implement strategies, focused primarily on meeting and exceeding sales and revenue goals.

 

Recruiting, hiring, and training sales staff Ability to manage 10 to 14 sales representatives to achieve team quotas Supervising, motivating and monitoring performance Review individual and team performance on a continual basis. Provide feedback and coaching as needed Coordinate, implement and participate in any sales objectives outlined by management Develop target account lists and account prospects to generate qualified new business opportunities, develop and maintain a comprehensive lead management process and documentation. Learn to recognize cross sale opportunities with bank partners To make sales calls in the field with sales representatives Take customer calls when needed and assume responsibility for escalated manager calls Drive improvements in procedures, processes, and supporting systems Deliver  and assist with training courses on a regularly scheduled basis Work closely with sales reps to improve their sales skills and product knowledge Ensure a positive reciprocal relationship with Financial Institution partners by providing exceptional levels of customer service Implement practices to keep staff turnover manageable Attend meetings with and on behalf of the company and its bank partner to promote awareness, provide updates and perform presentation designed to increase activities Other duties as assigned

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

College Degree Preferred Proven track record of successful consultative sales skills Forward-thinking, flexible, and proactive leadership philosophy coupled with superb relationship management skills Strong communication (both verbal and written) and organizational skills 5 years sales management/and or merchant bank card experience Experience managing outside sales team preferred Proven ability to meeting assigned quota and revenue targets required Ability to adapt and navigate through complex business issues Ability to motivate others and be a self-starting team player Experience with recruitment and selection of new sales employees
