We’re looking for Sales Managers who want to lead a team in the fastest-growing markets in the US.  Your team will look to you for leadership and guidance, not management.  We want someone who has the drive to make the numbers, but also wants to invest in the careers of their team.  You will lead the way to help your team become more strategic and consultative. 

 



Requirements:

·         7+ years of business related experience

·         5+ years of Sales Management experience

·         Bachelors degree from an accredited university

 

Preferences…don’t be afraid to point these out when you apply:

·         Business to Business sales

·         Formal training in the sales discipline…tell us about it

·         Trained others in the sales discipline

·         Solution based/Consulting based selling background

·         Sales experience in the employment/human resources/recruiting space

·         Building long-term customer relationships

·         Sales experience in the local market

·         Demonstrated sales achievements…tell us the numbers

·         Experience with sales into large, high-profile accounts
