Regional Sales Director (Construction Management - Metro DC territory- work from home)

Consulting and facilities development firm that works exclusively with financial institutions across the United States. The company assists those institutions in the development and implementation of growth strategies through its unique services that include consulting, real estate, integrated design, construction management and branding. Due to tremendous success and rapid expansion in 2006 and 2007, it has a Regional Sales Director opening for the Metro DC region:

The position requirements are as follows:

Analyze the assigned territory and seek to identify the most probable prospects for the sale of company services. Develop other potential clients as may be assigned from time to time.
Develop an annual business plan with quarterly objectives and sales forecasts.
Work with project development, consulting services, design, real estate and construction teams to develop hard hitting proposals. Assist in selecting the appropriate team to serve the client.
Travel effectively within assigned territory following your weekly “plan”. Travel requirements include 3–4 days per week with 2–3 nights out per week.
Provide consulting services as required based on your financial services industry experience.
Previous experience should reflect mastery in selling professional services versus a tangible product.
A four-year college degree.
10 years experience calling on financial institutions and/or selling design/build services is required.

Base Compensation is $100K -$125K plus commissions
