Growing California-based real estate company is searching for a Regional Property Supervisor based in Colorado Springs. We are seeking an energetic professional to oversee three apartment communities. Our business plan includes maximizing occupancy and profitability through increased training, customer service and expense efficiency. We expect this candidate to grow with our portfolio, which we expect to increase significantly in size within the year.

The job description includes:

Timely submission of all required reporting, visiting with and training associates in leasing and management skills, inspecting apartments regularly, shopping competing properties, making sure there is ready product at all sites, auditing leases, approving invoices, reviewing financial statements monthly, assisting in bidding and overseeing capital projects, assisting in drafting annual budgets, coordinating the performance review process, setting leasing and occupancy goals for the apartments, and some travel to corporate office for management meetings. The candidate will be actively involved with marketing strategies to achieve occupancy goals and maximize rental rates, and reinforce the expectation to their on-site Property Managers of providing outstanding customer service to residents.

Additional Requirements:

• 5 years experience in multifamily property management
• Strong management and leadership skills with a group of 5 or more employees
• Proven successful skills in physical on-site property management, rent collection, tenant and

owner relations, lease analysis, customer service, and accounting principles
• Entrepreneurial spirit and team player
• Strong computer skills – MS Office, Internet, & Email
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to handle high degree of pressure and multiple tasks

• College Degree Preferred

Salary: $50-60K, plus full benefits package including medical, paid vacation, sick and holidays.
