About the Position:
We are searching for a Regional Managing Director of Engineering to join our team of professionals. The successful candidate is a Colorado PE with 5+ years of engineering experience in a leadership role. A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field is required; a Master's degree is preferred. The Regional Managing Director must also excellent leadership abilities and superb client and business development skills in the Rocky Mountain Region.

Duties and responsibilities include:
1.Contribute and implements the growth of the region as a portion of the company’s overall strategic plan
2.Along with the Office Directors (OD’s), Group Directors (GD’s) establishes annual dashboard targets. Also work to establish limits of acceptable deviation from office targets on individual projects and staff, and provides input regarding variances beyond those limits.
3.Develop critical mass plans of the service disciplines (people, process, tools to meet regional needs
4.Business development: identifies opportunities, develops relationship networks, selling/closing major projects, provides direction for go-no-go decision making process.
5.Serve as accountable manager and coach to OD’s and mentor to GD’s in the region.
6.Leas regional financial performance review processes
7.Oversee the quarterly review process, the weekly regional management call, and the annual budgeting process.
8.Oversee regional business systems (marketing, leadership, etc) and corporate systems (Finance, IT, Legal, HR, and Administration) with in region.
 
Location:
This position is based in beautiful Centennial, CO.
