Regional Finance Director ¿ Region 41(Minnesota/Wisconsin) based in Bloomington, MN Serve in leadership role as a key business partner of Regional VP of Operations.
Leads the strategic and operational business planning processes, ensuring budgets and plans are cohesive, logical, and quantified.
Manage budgets ¿ prepare, justify and administer budgets that accurately forecast sales, margin, expenses, inventory and capital.
Analyze financial performance ¿ anticipate and forecast growth based on in-depth examination and integration of trends, current and past performance, business opportunities, and competitive market share.
Act as a change agent for business improvement; continually develop new ideas and ways of thinking.
Leads finance initiatives with the region.
Builds and leads a high performance team. Support the finance development of the regional and market teams.
Is Goal oriented, self starter and works well under pressure.

REQUIREMENTS OR QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE POSITION
1. Strong finance and analytical skills, 6-10 years experience in Finance or Accounting.
2. BS in business discipline such as Finance or Accounting.
3. Retail industry experience.
4. Executive presence, strong oral and written communication skills, strong presentation skills.
5. Planning/Budgeting experience.
ADDITIONAL PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS
1. Advanced business degree (MBA).
2. Professional certification (CPA, CFA).
3. Strategic planning experience.
