LifeSource, a Crump Group Company (formerly BISYS) is looking for a RD to work on a locally deployed basis to build a brokerage territory. Crump Group is the nation's largest wholesale distributor of individual life and property & casualty insurance. LifeSource, based in Charlotte, NC specializes in the distribution of life insurance in the non-traditional brokerage channel (e.g., P&C Agency's). This individual will build a brokerage territory through both retail & wholesale selling of life insurance, LTCi, DI & Annuity products to non-traditional producers (i.e., property & casualty agency's, CFPs, health benefit producers, select financial institutions, etc.).
Position duties and responsibilities will include:
* Emphasis on generating premium from life and related products (LTC, DI, Annuities) through key customer accounts from a multi-carrier platform
* Building effective life revenue streams inside Property & Casualty shops.
* Assist financial professionals at point of sale with end customer
The successful candidate will possess the following:
> 5+ years experience selling life, annuity, disability and long-term care products
> Proven track record of progressive sales quota attainment
> Advanced markets savvy - business & estate planning
> Four-year college degree preferred, CLU, ChFC, CFP a significant plus
> Exceptional interpersonal and written communication skills
> Ability to work in a self-directed fashion
Qualified candidates must have excellent relationship building skills, a successful retail sales background in life insurance and advanced markets experience. Professional designations a definite plus.
