HCR ManorCare provides a range of services, including skilled nursing care, assisted living, post-acute medical and rehabilitation care, hospice care, home health care and rehabilitation therapy. The purpose of this position is to gain knowledge and experience to be able to perform the duties and daily operations of multiple facilities. This training position will prepare you to be responsible for financials, quality care, customer satisfaction and maintaining compliance to company policies and programs. Must have 5-7 years management experience in a subacute, rehabilitative care environment. Skilled and managed care experience required. EDUCATION: Bachelors required - Masters preferred.
