Systems Paving, the nation’s largest installer of residential Interlocking Concrete Paving Stones, is looking for a Regional Construction Manager to join our fast growing teams in San Diego, CA.

 Responsibilities include:

Promote our company culture by leading by example: creating a vision of proven success for the construction department and customers. Adhere to our values at all times. Meet and exceed budgeted goals. Oversee and manage three locations (three direct reports). Recruit/Hire/Train/Motivate staff members and production crews. Daily Maintenance of schedules and production Customer service and relations. Conduct construction meetings. Scheduling of repairs. Truck and equipment maintenance. Calculate material orders. Collection of money due and certificate of completion. Travel as needed

 Requirements:

Must have 5 years construction experience preferably with concrete and/or masonry work and job/crew management.    Must be well organized and a good communicator Must have a “can-do” team approach. Must be highly motivated, customer service oriented and able to “wear many hats”. Degree in Construction Management and/or Engineering a plus
