We are seeking a REGIONAL BANKING MANAGER for MetLife Bank in MILWAUKEE, WISCONSIN. This position has three major roles: originate real estate loans, generate new deposits, and manage client development within a group of local MetLife affiliates. These client acquisition activities will focus on both existing customer base and external sources. Educating our sales force on how to add value to existing relationships and acquire new customer relationships by integrating liability management into the way they do business.


Major Duties and Functions Include: Reach or exceed budgeted number of loans closed and closed dollar amounts as established by management. Reach or exceed budgeted new deposits as established by management. Integrate MetLife insurance products throughout the sales process and home event cycle. Reach or exceed budgeted introductions of qualified customers to qualified agents. Cultivate client relationships and integrate Bank clients into the local firm. Conduct office presentations, cold call sessions, convention/seminar and home show events. Partner with resource desk to coordinate sales and marketing efforts. NOTE: DEPENDING ON POSITION LOCATION EXTENSIVE TRAVEL MAY BE REQUIRED 25-50%+ What You Need to Succeed:

8+ years of a strong banking/financial services background in mortgage origination. Branch sales experience including the expansion of existing client relationships. Experience with automated underwriting systems and online pre-qualifying skills. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Strong PC proficiency Proven presentation skills Exceptional organization skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks Professional, sound judgment, tact, teamwork oriented and sensitivity to confidential business and client related issues. Bachelors Degree is preferred, but not required
