Regional Manager for Financial Institution

 

The Wilson Group is conducting an exclusive search for a Regional Manager for a Gulf Coast financial institution with multiple locations.

The role you will play:

 

Coach and leader for your region.Assist, mentor and manage a team of professionals in their management roles.Cultivate community relationships to increase the bank’s visibility in the local market.Develop and service a portfolio of loan and deposit relationships with new and existing customers.

 

Background profile:

 

Demonstrated leadership skills.Proven record of success in commercial lending.At least 5 years experience in bank management.Working knowledge of regulatory requirementsEffectively communicate with all levels of the organization.
