JOB TITLE: Regional Account Manager
LOCATION: South Bend, IN

DESCRIPTION: We have an excellent opportunity for the right person to join our growing software sales organization to assist with business development. Account Managers will consistently demonstrate the ability to create an environment of a true business consultant dealing with clients at a business-to-business level.
· Bring leading edge technology solutions to the manufacturing industry in a rapidly evolving market.
· Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual unit and revenue goals.
· Manage the sales activities of the assigned territory and provide detailed, accurate monthly forecasts.
· Develop prospects through event based activities, cold-calling, networking, and relationship building.
· Maintain accurate electronic records utilizing our CRM system.
· Expand their own job knowledge & skill set through ongoing training.
EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE:
· Sandler Sales Training or Formalized / Accredited sales training a strong plus.
· Bachelors Degree or equivalent professional experience.
· 3 or more solid employment references from relevant sources.
· 2 or more years of direct B2B sales experience a plus.
REQUIREMENTS: The successful candidate will have a solution based approach to solving customer requirements. Must be comfortable selling at the both the executive level as well as the engineering level.
· Excellent communication and presentation skills.
· Proven track record of building a funnel of opportunities through cold-calling, networking, and prospecting related activities.
· An attitude/personality others describe as self-motivated, driven, and competitive.
· An ability to navigate gate-keepers, utilize your skills to overcome objections, connect to contacts, and keep the sales process moving forward.
COMPENSATION: Base + bonus/commission commensurate with experience.
