Mission: The mission of the Regional Account Manager is three-fold:

1.) Effectively prospect and convert new business accounts from the assigned territory, or as requested by management, in order to meet the monthly, quarterly and annual New Business Goals for that territory.

2.) Effectively service and nurture existing accounts from the assigned territory, or as requested by management, in order to meet the monthly, quarterly and annual goals for growing these existing accounts within that territory.

3.) Communicate and collaborate with other members of the Company, especially the Customer Relations Management Team (CRM), in order to effectively service all orders converted from the territory, accurately and on-time, and to accept full responsibility with CRMs to resolve all issues arising from the processing of these orders - all to deliver 100% client satisfaction.

Must Haves:

Previous Hardware Industry, Retail or Commercial sales experience
Computer literate with experience using Microsoft Office
Self Disciplined
Self Motivated
Well Organized
Strong Communication Skills

Compensation - Commission based
