The Wasserstrom Company is the top Food Service Distributor in the nation. Established in 1902, we are a family owned company with our headquarters in Columbus, Ohio.  We have an opportunity available in our northern California territory for a Hospitality Regional Account Manager.  

The individual will be responsible for generating smallwares sales in the hospitality industry by calling on a designated account base of hotels and resorts. The candidate will also be responsible for identifying client needs, pricing new and repeat stock business, assisting new clients to establish credit or resolve potential credit problems, assisting new properties with the “check-in" of smallwares opening packages, and understanding and using ordering systems software.  This position consists of about 60% travel.  The successful candidate will have a complete understanding of smallwares and foodservice related products, be able to organize a large geographic territory, and be familiar with personal computers and programs such as Word and Excel as well as custom programs. 

Candidates must have a Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of sales experience or 10 years of industry experience in lieu of formal education.
