MediFit Corporate Services Inc. is a national, award-winning consulting and management firm that specializes in the design and delivery of worksite health promotion, fitness management and rehabilitation services. We currently have an opportunity for a Regional Account Manager, based in New Jersey, Pennsylvania or Delaware.


PRINCIPLE ACCOUNTABILITIES:

· Supervise, train and develop Program Managers and direct reports at selected client locations within assigned region(s).

· Responsible for account management at selected clients within assigned region(s).

· Work with Program Managers on the preparation of annual strategic plans designed to guide the development of each client account and to maintain high levels of client satisfaction and retention.

· Work with Program Managers and Vice Presidents on the development and maintenance of optimal client relationships within diverse corporate settings.

· Responsible for the preparation and financial management of program and project operating budgets.

· Work with Vice Presidents and other Regional Account Managers on the development and refinement of operating systems and policies and procedures for MediFit-managed health promotion and fitness programs.

· Responsible for facilitating the documentation of program evaluations and outcomes at all client sites and communicating these outcomes to the client and back to MediFit.

· Responsible for facilitating the completion of quarterly and annual benchmarking reports from all client sites and communicating these reports back to MediFit.

· Manage new program start-ups and site transitions.

· Participate in selected special projects.

· Serve on selected ad hoc and/or standing company programs, projects, and/or management committees and/or task forces.

· Contribute to the expansion of business at existing and new client accounts.

· Assist with proposal preparation, client tours and sales presentations, as needed, related to the acquisition of new business within assigned region(s).

· Must be able and willing to travel extensively within assigned region(s).



QUALIFICATIONS:

· BS/BA in Health/Fitness or related field required, MA/MS preferred

· 3-5 years experience managing comprehensive work-site health & fitness operations

· Excellent communication, human relations, organizational and problem solving skills

· High-energy, results-oriented approach to account and project management

· Ability to handle multiple projects and tasks

· Strong computer skills (MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint a must)
