Job Description: Responsible for soliciting and/or developing and maintaining profitable account relationships with more complex and large sized business accounts in Commercial Construction Real Estate. Solicits the most complex customers in the commercial construction real estate industry and has increased lending authority. Acts as the relationship manager for the duration of the contruction project. Requires minimal supervision and may provide guidance to other Business Relationship Managers. Requires advanced knowledge of construction lending.
Minimum Qualifications: Previous experience developing business with commercial builders. Successful history of working with commercial builders in local market. Previous underwriting experience in construction lending. Experience managing construction loan portfolios.
