Job Description: An Autoreconciliations' Support Analyst is technically adept team-player that combines a strong customer service ethos with complete understanding of the reconciliation process. The Support Analyst works in a results oriented environment and is required to make autonomous decisions that impact directly upon the daily operational capabilities of IFS. The role involves understanding a number of technologies and the manner in which they communicate. A Support Analyst's work is driven by end-user requests for information and change. The successful Support Analyst would be personable, thorough, quick to learn and willing to champion the needs and requirements of the end-user. Responsibilities: ? Liaise with NAV/OPS staff in respect to business critical support issues ? Identification and pursuit of greater efficiencies in business application operation ? Assess the nature of support requests; implementing solutions where possible; escalating when required ? Respond to day-to-day requests for autoreconciliations ? Taking responsibility for morning checklists and responding accordingly ? Maintaining and disseminating those written procedures, policies and documentation that are designed to assist the end-user. Requirements: ? Tertiary education in either business or information technology with course content encompassing the alternate ? Business experience within the financial services industry ? Experience within a client support environment considered advantageous, but not compulsory ? Should have strong MS Excel skills ? Strong interpersonal skills ? Proven ability to allocate their time amongst multiple tasks ? Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance or Business degree Required. Compensation and Benefits: ?
