CR England, one of the nation's largest refrigerated trucking companies is looking for a Recruiting Manager who will manage the recruiting staff members who are responsible for recruiting both company drivers and Independent Contractors to meet the hiring goals for the company.

 

The essential functions for this position are:

To be a hands on leader and coach over the recruiting department Monitor the processing of all driver applications to assure that contact is made or applicant is disqualified within a 24hour period.Interview, hire and train the recruiting teamsScreen and assign all driver applications for the recruiting teams to assure the efficient flow of applicationsMonitor telephone calls to assure efficient telephone application procedures are being upheldWork with Safety an Compliance to insure all driver applicants are cleared for hireProvide weekly reports detailing all recruiting activities Any additional duties assigned by the supervisor

The successful candidate should possess:

Superior written and verbal communication skillsAbility to handle stressful situations in a positive mannerStrong MS Office SkillsOne of more years call center experience preferred; knowledge of call center operationsStrong leadership skillsSuperior written and verbal communication skillsDynamic and effective public speaking
