Recruiting Coordinator/Administrative Assistant – PT
This is a unique opportunity to play a role in the success of Instigate at a key stage in its development. The position requires an individual to partner with management, colleagues and clients to develop and drive a world class recruitment function for emerging and growth organizations.

Background and Personal Characteristics: The successful candidate will need to develop strong relationships and work collaboratively with candidates and clients. This person will offer experience in project management and ongoing administrative support for operations, sales and human resource/recruitment functions. An understanding of emerging processes and technology is a plus. A recruitment industry background is desired, but a background in business services will be seriously be considered. Most importantly, the individual must possess the ability to successfully operate at the pace and high performance standards which are a critical component of Instigate's culture.
Key Responsibilities:
Ongoing production and management of baseline recruitment functions including job boards, print ads, resume database mining, etc. Vendor/partner relationship management via high level of ongoing communication and quality assurance reviews. Creation, distribution and archiving of weekly, monthly and quarterly performance metrics reports. Active involvement with web-based recruitment management systems. Oversee initiation of interviews, assessments and skills testing, background investigations and related per client requirements. Assess and improve key processes / procedures for recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer approvals. General support for projects in sales, marketing and operations.Key Requirements:
1+ years of experience in business-to-business service environment desired. Exceptional customer service focus, including attention to producing quality results. Self directed and motivated with a passion for producing high quality work. Flexibility to accommodate different personalities and professional work styles. Creative, but able to deliver operationally. Great communicator.
