An exciting opportunity is available for a results-oriented Recruiter with a knowledgeable background in Human Resources. This position will recruit, select, and place nonexempt craft, and clerical, technical, and designated exempt positions. Coordinating internal placements and employee relocations will also be part of your role. Use your experience to provide guidance on projects to supervisors and/or managers to ensure nondiscriminatory hiring practices. Other responsibilities may include administering pre-employment tests, checking references, conducting exit interviews, assisting with employment advertising, and acting as a company representative at external career fairs. Some travel is required.

Qualified candidates will have 3-5 of recruiting experience in challenging markets. A Bachelor's degree is preferred.
