A nationally acclaimed retained healthcare Executive Search and Consulting firm is currently seeking a recruiter for their Kansas City - Plaza office.

Responsibilities as an Executive Recruiter will include:

Providing support in managing all aspects of the search process from initial planning to candidate presentation. Building and growing personal network through heavy telephone work to include cold calls, warm calls, and phone interviews. Identification, assessment and selection of potential candidates through the identification, development, and maintenance of a current network of healthcare executives, relevant healthcare organizations, professional associations, publications, Internet resources, and a candidate and contact database of key professionals nationwide.

Background and requirements:

Bachelor’s degree Minimum of one year recruiting experience, with prior experience in healthcare recruiting or executive search preferred Excellent oral and written communication skills Extremely organized, detail oriented, able to prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously, and possess the ability to work independently and as a team member and the desire to exceed client expectations.
