Job Description:

Management Recruiters of Person County, a member of a recruiting network of 1,100 offices, is a highly successful recruitment business based in Roxboro, NC.  Our location is commutable from Raleigh, Durham, Cary, North Carolina or outlying areas on the NC/VA border.  We are planning to triple our business over the next 2 years and as a result have a number of opportunities for proactive, ambitious, results-oriented, professional individuals interested in joining our team and in supporting our goals.

We are looking for individuals that possess a successful track record within a sales environment, either as a sales person or a customer service specialist.  The pace is fierce, urgency is in everything we do, and we focus on building long term relationships with both candidates and clients.

 

The time it takes to get up to speed is up to the individual.  However, it is realistic to expect that an individual’s hard work, dedication, and positive attitude could result in earning commissions through successful placements within the first 3 months. 

 

Successful recruiters make a great living, but the business is tough.  As a recruiter, you will be faced with a great deal of rejection and as a professional, you will have to pull on your mental strength to keep going and stay positive.

Work with executive personnel within each organization to uncover immediate employment needs and discuss how our services can help them meet those needs in an efficient and timely manner Utilize knowledge of a particular field, or fields, to establish relations with reputable companies Work with the Administrator in developing job descriptions that best describe the employment needs of client companies Review submitted resumes to uncover those candidates who best meet your clients’ expectations Contact qualified candidates and discuss the job opening with them in an effort to uncover interest and qualifications Work with candidates and clients in setting up interview times and dates Maintain contact with current and potential clients to ensure a continuous stream of hiring / placement opportunities

Requirements:

Successful background in Sales Experience spending between 2 to 4 hours a day on the phone Cold calling potential clients in an effort to establish a working partnership with their hiring authorities Maintaining strong business relationships with established client companies Speaking with qualified job candidates regarding open positions within client companiesStrong written and oral communication skills Ability to work with people primarily through telephone calls and / or E-mail Capable of motivating yourself toward meeting established goals Skilled in using a computer and the following software Outlook Express Microsoft Word Microsoft Internet Explorer   

Education:

College Graduate PREFERRED

Candidates with a High School Diploma or GED may be considered solid sales and marketing experience

Rate of Pay:

Base pay plus commission

Commission offers unlimited earning potential Our Pacesetters average over $100,000 annually

Hours:

8:30 AM to 5:00 PM (Limited after hours calls may be needed in order to successfully manage your business)
