We are looking for aggressive Recruiters to join our office. We are conveniently located in Southwest Fort Worth, close to the Hulen Mall.
Position Purpose:
We are a growing Aviation Staffing company looking for aggressive Recruiters. We source and provide workers to maintenance and manufacturing customers in the general aviation industry. As a member of the recruiting department, your main duties include filling current job orders and ensuring that a sufficient number of resumes are being submitted for our customer’s positions. In addition, the individual be tracking the status of all candidates, including scheduled start dates, postponed start dates, drug test issues, back outs, etc.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
· Interacts with supervisor to establish priority accounts for the business day.
· Prioritizes duties each day and adheres to achieving mandatory recruiting schedules when need be. Inputs recruiting activities into proprietary database to ensure that proper documentation is maintained of their daily recruiting efforts.
· Making follow up calls to employees with zero hours (fall offs) and periodically checks activities to ensure these calls are being made.
· Scheduling “routine” follow up calls to current contract employees for the purpose of evaluating their satisfaction with their contract assignment.
· Keeps their supervisor up to speed with their recruiting progress. Notifies them of any problems that need resolution or any obstacles the recruiting department is up against.
· Adapt to sudden changes while maintaining productivity and standards of quality.
· Adopt and possess a working knowledge of the APA contract employee policies and recruiting procedures.
Operating Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities
Minimum Training & Education Requirements:
This position typically requires a high school diploma (or equivalent). Ability to understand and operate computers in a Windows operating system environment. Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel. Familiarity with databases, ability to understand, adapt, and navigate through databases. Essential communication skills include the ability to read, write, speak, and understand the English language, and listening and computer keyboard skills. Essential personal skills include the ability to work with people, the ability to organize information and materials, creativity, problem solving ability, must have attention to detail, a professional attitude, and the ability to work with people and to meet demanding schedules.
Minimum Experience Requirements:
A minimum of six months of experience in the Aviation Staffing Industry or related recruiting field is preferred. However, we will hire and train the right individuals who possess the drive and ambition to succeed in our fast paced environment.
Bilingual applicants are strongly encouraged to apply, especially those with fluency in Spanish and Vietnamese.
Reporting Relationship:
Reports to Recruiting Manager and/or Account Manager

#1 Most important: Very strong phone skills to talk to source candidates and build relationships. Approx 75% of time each day is spent on the phones sourcing candidates. Must be self motivated to hit the phones everyday.

#9 Very good at writing effective job postings, major Job Boards searches and agents, internet research fluent, building and sustaining networks for referrals.
Work hours are 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Monday-Friday, plus occasional overtime as necessary (need to have some flexibility as weekend hours are required occasionally for candidate calls).
