We're currently looking for a sharp, energetic and ambitious individual to join our HR Recruiting Team.  SirsiDynix has an immediate full time opportunity in the Provo, Utah area for a Recruiter.

SirsiDynix is the leading provider of software solutions and associated services for libraries of all types (academic, public, corporate, government, public/private K-12 schools and special).

The Recruiter is responsible for proactively promoting the company and its employment opportunities. The position requires good telephone and interpersonal skills. The recruiter’s responsibilities will also include proactively sourcing candidates, screening resumes, and coordinating testing and interviews. The ideal candidate is customer service-oriented, and comfortable with high volume recruiting activities. We’re looking for an eager individual, with a strong willingness to learn.

The successful candidate will search to find qualified candidates to fill all open job requisitions; proactively source candidates from a variety of sources; leverage online and in-house recruiting resources to identify and recruit the very best candidates to fill each opening; develop an effective pipeline of key talent potentially available for immediate hire as the company’s staffing needs dictate; screen incoming resumes in consideration of all open positions; coordinate scheduling and logistics for testing and interviewing of potential candidates; conduct reference checks as needed; prepare and send applicable notification letters to potential applicants and candidates; ensure that all required records and statistics are prepared and maintained; and may participate in activities serving as external face of the Company to potential employees.

This is an entry level position. The Recruiter is part of a team-oriented environment; where positive, professional team interaction is the foundation of our success. The ideal candidate for this position will have a BA/BS Degree in business or liberal arts related field or equivalent experience.
