Background Requirements:

Bachelors Degree (preferably in Chemistry or Biology)Experience as a Scientist or as a professional in the Biotech Sector is highly desired (Life Sciences, Nanotechnology, Clinical Research, Contract Manufacturing, Pharmaceutical, etc.)If you do not have experience in the Biotech Sector, then an individual with business to business sales experience will be considered

 

Scope of the Position:

Work out of office located in Novi, MIReport to the Manager or Industry Team LeaderWork directly with the Manager or Industry Team Leader in developing new business in the Biotech SectorIdentify, qualify, and recruit target candidates for our clients

Compensation:

Base SalaryBonus / CommissionBenefitsRealistic Total Compensation: Year 1 (30K - 90K), Year 2 (55K - 120K+)

 

NOTE ON COMPENSATION:  The Top 10% in our organization earn 250K+ per year!  Most recruiters in the top 30% earn 100K+ per year.
