JOB DUTIES:
Answer reception center phones. Greet and process incoming visitors with high level of customer service and professionalism. Record and distribute messages to attorneys and staff through voice-mail system or hard copy messages. Use paging/intercom system to page attorneys and staff. Ensure the security of the office by notifying building security of unwanted guests in the Firm. Assist with conference room scheduling and catering orders. Provide administrative assistance to Attorneys and Secretaries, including typing documents, preparing labels, stuffing envelopes, filing, and other administrative tasks as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Must be specifically listed on resume in order to be considered for this position
· High school diploma or GED required
· 2+ years of Receptionist experience in a professional environment required
ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:Excellent oral and written communication skills. Professional appearance and demeanor. Ability to interact with all levels of personnel, including high-level external clients. Ability to multi-task and remain composed in stressful situations. PC skills to use computerized office directory, electronic mail and Microsoft Word. Experience with automated telephone and office directory systems. Ability to solve problems by choosing from clear cut alternatives.
