One of our well known and established clients located in Indianapolis is in search of an Executive Receptionist to join their elite company. This company is located downtown and offers the opportunity to work alongside a high level executive team. Parking will be provided for this potential temp to hire position.
The successful candidate must be an exceptional communicator and possess a minimum of 1-2 years previous experience in a receptionist role. Candidates must have the ability to present and maintain a very professional demeanor at all times as well as have a pleasant phone voice. Qualified candidates will be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Responsibilities include: answering the multi-line phone system, screening calls, greeting clients/visitors, scheduling for conference rooms, and other administrative duties as assigned.
