Our corporate office located in San Antonio, Texas is currently seeking a Receptionist/Administrative Assistant.
Brief job description:
Answering multi-line phone, directing calls to appropriate department and greeting visitors.Responsible for general receptionist duties such as filing, typing, sorting mail, outgoing mail, scanning documents and routing faxes. Assisting with administrative duties as needed.This position will also assist in organizing Annual Company Golf Tournament, Scholarship Program and School Distribution Program. Duties will entail: contacting committee members and participating schools regarding upcoming event information, securing incoming donations, scheduling meetings, recruiting volunteers, tracking scholarship applicants, etc.
Qualifications:
2-3 years front desk receptionist experience Excellent communication and verbal skillsComputer literate and knowledge of the Internet Strong organization skills and detailed orientedMust be able to multi-task!Great things for your life:
