Our client, an educational travel and tourism organization, is seeking an Account Services Coordinator for their Cambridge office. This position will communicate daily over the phone and on email with host families, field staff and colleagues to answer their inquiries, direct them to the appropriate resource and help support them through their experience in the areas of customer service, account management and adherence to program regulations.
To be successful, the ideal candidate will need to demonstrate proficient Microsoft Office skills and be comfortable using databases or online resources. S/he will need to successfully define problems, accurately collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions all the while providing excellent phone and customer service skills. S/he will have some previous sales account management experience and/or experience in a high outbound transactional, customer service call center or sales environment; be able to multi-task with ease, has strong attention to detail and enjoys a fast paced environment where the day flies by.
