Description:
This position is located in Chicago, IL. A Tax Manager is needed to provide consulting and compliance expertise to partnerships and s-corps. This manager would be responsible for supervising and managing compliance projects, including tax returns, tax provisions and year end distribution projects. Also responsible for researching tax issues and writing memoranda. It will be important for the candidate to develop and maintain strong client relationships. Requirements:
BA/BS Accounting; MST preferred. 8 years of tax experience with ideally an emphasis on partnerships and/or s-corps.
