Our client is a major international construction company with offices and completed projects throughout the world.

They have recently completed a large condo/masion project in Chiba, Japan.These luxury homes are designed and priced for upscale people commuting to Tokyo.Our client is seeking a dynamic real estate sales person to show and sell luxury condos, apartments and masions in Chiba, Japan. This person will be a full time direct-hire employee of the Japanese subsidary company. This a permanent hire position, not a contract or temporary position.

Base salary will be up to 6,000,000 (6 million) yen. There is a lso a commission of 100,000 yen ( one hundred thousand) yen for each unit sold.

This is an ideal career for a bright, outgoing, dynamic native-Japanese person with basic English skills and the desire to sell.1. native-level fluency in Japanese.
2. Japanese citizenship
3. Basic conversational English language skills.
4. At least a 2 year college degree.
5. Currently living in Chiba or willing to relocate.
6. Outgoing dynamic sales personality
