Since 1925, Picerne Homes has built over 10, 000 beautiful homes designed with our customers' lifestyles in mind. We are seeking a Real Estate Agent for our Central & Southern, Rhode Island neighborhoods.

Job Function:

Responsible for all phases associated with placement of buyer in homes listed by Picerne Real Estate Group.  This person is the primary contact for all parties involved in the sale of property.This position reports to the Head of Picerne Homes.

Duties & Responsibilities:

·         Ensures that sales office and model homes are well cared for and maintained during open house tours

·         Inspect competitive products on a regular basis

·         Maintain familiarity of all community services and programs for potential homeowners (i.e. schools, shopping centers, etc.)

·         Effectively demonstrate model homes and neighborhood lifestyle

·         Distribute marketing materials

·         Convey knowledge of prints, ISDS, site plans, and deed restrictions to buyers

·         Tour potential home site and help with visualization of future home location

·         Follow up with all prospective clients via telephone

·         Determine buyer suitability through qualifying process

·         Discuss customizing options for buyers needs, price options, and upgrades with construction

·         Review purchasing paperwork and construction schedules so buyer has a clear picture of the buying process up to the closing date

·         Present contracts to Sales Manager

·         Maintain communication with Construction Superintendent and subcontractors for scheduling, buyer appointments, and selections

·         Continue communication with lenders, appraisers, attorneys, and any cooperating brokers involved in the process

·          Retain records of all transactions in building process

·         Attend closings and ensure that proceeds are obtained.  Follow up with client after closing to ensure customer service satisfaction

·         Participate in weekly sales and construction meetings

 

Qualifications:

BA/BS preferredRI Real Estate License required2-5 Years experience as a Real Estate AgentKnowledge of the Westerly, RI & Eastern, CT market preferred
