Real Estate Sales Specialist

Responsibilities:

Performing daily tasks such as property showings, qualifying buyers, client follow-up, and contract negotiation Implement and maintain follow-up and lead generation systems Monthly closing quotas Keep detailed records of incoming leads Develop and maintain property marketing and promotional tools Communicate and work closely with manager to ensure closings Coordinate with Escrow, Title, Realtors to efficiently close deals

Skills required:

Must Have Great Sales Skills Microsoft Office: Outlook, Word, Excel, Great Customer Service, Phone, and Interpersonal Skills Task Oriented/ Organizational Skills Ability to work in High Stress situations with a positive attitude Must be able to LEARN QUICKLY and GOAL DRIVEN!
