THE JOB OPPORTUNITY: Real Estate Property Manager
WE OFFER THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE THE OPPORTUNITY TO: · Assist the Director of Real Estate Assets manage the tenant relationships in our owned assets. · Place emphasis on positive tenant experiences while enhancing the value of the properties. · Assist in the administration of leases where Burns & Wilcox is the tenant.
WE EXPECT THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE TO: · Manage day-to-day tenant issues and maintenance for company owned commercial office buildings; · Serve as primary Landlord contact for Tenant Improvement projects to ensure compliance with lease timelines; · Oversee day-to-day relationship between Burns & Wilcox, as tenant, and landlords in leased locations. · Insure timely actions related to critical lease dates; · Assist in lease negotiations, and prepare and execute documents for approved deals; · Prepare and distribute lease abstracts as required; · Prepare management reporting for on-site visits; · Assist management in due diligence reviews of perspective leases or purchases; · Manage effective communication with Tenants, Landlords and management.
QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor’s degree required 3+ years of related Property Management experience required Real Estate License desirable Detail oriented with excellent follow-through skills Excellent written and oral presentation skills Ability to interact collaboratively with tenants, landlords and management Some travel required (less than 10%)
