Real Estate Project Manager  - New Build

Responsible for day to day oversight of all aspects of New Build projects at the direction of the Market Director of Construction ("MDC") and/or Senior New Build Project Managers. Responsibilities include, but not limited to: Monitoring permitting process, architectural submittals, contract documents, construction schedules, punchlist completion and assure as-builts/warrantees are secured. Coordination as necessary with MDRE's, Architects, Engineers, Construction Contractors, furniture and material vendors, and various internal bank departments such as branch planning, security and telecom to implement project requirements. Position will require significant amount Project Tracking System (PTS) work including: processing of purchase orders, invoices, estimate/CERP input, to assure project paperwork flows on a timely basis.

Good verbal and written communication skills

Bachelors degree in busines, design, construction management, or equivilent experience

3-5 years of project management/construction management experience

Candidate must be detail oriented, computer literate, excellent organization skills.

Must be capable of working well in a changing environment with many different team members.

Approximately 75% travel
