Texas residential real estate law firm specializing in document preparation located in Rockwall , Texas , is seeking a real estate paralegal to input or review loss mititgation document preparation loan packages.

The individual must be detailed, customer service oriented, and reliable. Must have excellent communication and verbal skills, extremely detailed, a proficient typist, able to multi-task in an extremely fast paced enviroment, and familiar with MS Word. Applicant must have experience reviewing or inputting mortgage loan documents, reviewing surveys and title commitments. Title company experience and mortgage banking experience required. 

This is a contract position with no end date.
