Our client, a large law firm in downtown Cincinnati, is seeking an REO Marketing person for their in house title company

They specialize in  Real Estate Owned (or bank-owned), type of closings. The person doesn't necessarily have to have a background in REO, but a solid background in the real estate industry is a must.  We are looking for the following:

1.  Someone with a proven history of marketing in a title company or similar business
2.  Someone with an eager "whatever it takes attitude."
3.  Someone who is willing to travel throughout Ohio and Kentucky and to various trade shows and industry events to grow the business

4.  Someone who is personable with a knack for marketing and networking
5.  Someone who understands client boundaries (ie, what to say and how to say it, along with what behaviors are appropriate vs. inappropriate)

Bachelor's Degree required.
