Real Estate Finance division of major international bank has immediate opportunity for professional with experience in Real Estate Finance.  Ideal candidate should be formally credit trained.

TITLE:  Associate (AVP Level)
SALARY:  70k plus
DESCRIPTION:  Duties include working with Relationship Managers in various
client management, development, and transactional activities and portfolio
management.  Prepares credit applications and departmental reports, reviews
and inspects properties, assists in audit processes, periodic reviews,
market studies and management reporting.  Majority of incumbent's time to
be dedicated to due diligence, document processing, financial statement
analyses, marketing support of Relationship Management.

EXPERIENCE:  BA required; MBA or MS desired.  Formal Credit Training or
equivalent.  Computer literacy required.  Knowledge of Real Estate finance
and Capital Markets.  Real Estate cash flow analysis skills.

SKILLS:  Credit analysis.  Ability to work in team environment and complete
assignments quickly and accurately.  Computer skills.  Overtime required as
necessary.
