Essential DUTIES AND Responsibilities include the following:
great attention to detail and organizational skills a must! dedication is a must! open office every morning organizes work by determining urgency answer phones, take accurate messages, and relay to correct agent greets all customers maintain company and agent files for each transaction prepare files for meetings input all calls and meetings into Microsoft Outlook maintain calendars; arranging meetings, conferences, and teleconferences prepare reports by collecting information from various sources maintain customer confidence and protects all knowledge learned by keeping information confidential maintains office supplies inventory by checking stock to determine supplies needed contributes to the team by accomplishing tasks assigned
SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS
