A Major  real estate Firm is seeking a dynamic individual to join their elite accounting team. The company offer a great working environment and an opportunity to work with some of the top talent in the industry.  This position will be reporting to the CFO. The qualified candidate will be Supervise accounting staff in:

Financial/tax accounting and reporting for real estate partnerships, LLC's and corporate entities and real estate transactions.   * Review and analyze monthly property reports* Preparation and maintenance of supporting financial records and analysis for periodic client/other reporting.

Requirements

Bachelors Degree in Accounting CPA or CPA firm experience a PLUS Between five (5) and seven (7) years commercial real estate accounting, real estate partnership and/or corporate financial accounting, reporting & tax experience (or equivalent audit/tax experience for real estate clients)    Supervision of accounting staff
