Global company is growing its Houston-based legal department to include a real estate and commercial contracts counsel with 2-5 years of experience.  This company is enjoying a period of transition and growth, which makes this a great opportunity for a junior lawyer to join the team and be a part of a bright future.  This position will negotiate and manage real estate agreements, primarily industrial and commercial leases, as well as operational and vendor contracts.  This position offers substantial contact with the business people as well as other lawyers.  With a collegial legal department and a relaxed corporate culture, this business hours position could be a great change of pace for someone looking to move in-house from a law firm.  North Houston location.
