The family and medium sized business is our market-a market in which one in five businesses is typically for sale at any one time.

The Opportunity: 

When you team up with the Sunbelt Network, you join the largest network of business brokers in the United States.  While this position is commission only, you have unlimited commission potential.  The successful candidate must have sufficient capital to work the six-month + period needed in order to see the commission flow begin. 

What we provide you with:

Our office has a state of the art website that provides you with the equivalent of an administrative assistant for free.  While we provide excellent and comprehensive training, we know you will need additional support and on the job training for an additional period depending on your background.  We will provide you with that support until we feel you are ready to operate unassisted.  And you know what---that support does not come out of your first commission---it’s on the house!   Our job is to make you successful even if it comes out of our pocket. 

Forget the desk fees and all the other fees that you are accustomed to.  Our emphasis is on building a team of professionals who are peers and colleagues.  We charge a 10% success fee to selling a business so you can see commission rates are higher than you are probably used to.  As a business broker, your primary job is list saleable businesses with or without real estate.

Our ideal candidate has:

A sales or broker license A scheduled date for the real estate exam Is a former business owner Is a problem solver Was in the military Is patient and persistent Knows how to follow a marketing plan Likes working with people Does not let frustration prevent him/ or her from functioning effectively
