An established regional firm with a large real estate practice is seeking an experienced Real Estate attorney to join their Santa Barbara office.

The ideal candidate will be a 3rd through 5th year associate with strong interpersonal skills and a diverse real estate and land use background. Experience with leasing and zoning for major commercial, residential and governmental clients is required. Experience working with agricultural clients a big plus!

The ideal candidate will be seeking an opportunity to grow and develop their practice and commit to a firm and location long term! This is an amazing opportunity for an associate that is interested in business development and client management.

Candidates must have a strong academic record from an accredited law school. Compensation is competitive and dependent on level of experience.
